Below are some guidelines for determining your ability to obtain lease financing. If you meet some but not all of the requirements or you are not sure if you meet certain requirements contact us at leasing@southwestmachinery.com to discuss alternative lease financing options.
5 Basic Requirements for Obtaining Lease Financing* 1. Must have Business checking account for 18 months to 2 years 2. Three Reasonably Good Business Credit References 3. Reasonably Good Personal Credit Bureau Rating 4. Comparable Credit for at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount you want to lease 5. No Bankruptcies, Tax Liens or Unpaid Judgments! *Note: Meeting these requirements is not a binding guarantee that a company will be approved. Final lease approval is done on an individual basis & after full analysis of credit application. However meeting these guidelines does give the applicant knowledge that his/her company's chances of being approved are good.
