The vertical panel saw KGS/GMC M5 was designed for matching the needs of accuracy, smoothness and ease of use. At design we paid particular attention to safety and  aesthetics. The main components of the frame were machined on CNC machine tools to allow dimensional accuracy during assembling, therefore, an excellent accuracy while using the machine. The movements on the axis, vertical and horizontal, are ensured by hardened and ground linear guides, on which run linear motion guides that allow an high smoothness of the saw-group in the absence of play. The standard version of the machine offers the turning of the saw-head, the in-feed of the saw-blade and the locking of the axis , pneumatic . The mobile paneled frame (powered by an electric actuator) and the pneumatic rollers for the lift and sliding of heavy panels, are both standard.
